All etchings are shipped within 5 working days from date of order. All etchings are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Domestically or via Federal Express for international orders both with tracking number.

Customer satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are unhappy with you purchase you can return it for a full refund with in 10 days of receipt.

All returns must be sent back in the original packaging.
